BV wire
The full name of copper core PVC insulated wire, namely, general purpose single core hard conductor sheathless cable, is the common insulated wire and household wire used in our daily life, which is the most commonly used wire type. It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, mold resistance, etc.
Structure and material
1. The classification and use are used to distribute current, belonging to the wiring category, and are indicated by the letter "B";
2. The conductor material is copper (oxygen free copper rod), which is indicated by the letter "T", and the copper core conductor in the wiring is omitted;
3. The insulation material is PVC, which is indicated by the letter "V";
BV wires are simple in structure, and some have sheaths. The sheath material is PVC, and the letter V is also used to represent it. For example, BVV wires represent copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed round wires. The common bv wire diameter ranges from 1.5 square meters to 240 square meters.

Calculation of current carrying capacity of electric wire
6 amps per square millimeter of copper wire. Aluminum wire is 5 amps per mm2 (for quick estimation only)
4 square copper wire: 4 * 6=24A
6 square copper wire: 6 * 6=36A
10 square copper wire: 10 * 6=60A
16 square copper wire: 16 * 6=96A
Use environment and purpose
Bv wire use environment and purpose: applicable to power devices, daily appliances, instruments and telecommunications equipment with an AC voltage of 450/750V and below.
