Conductor resistance:

The DC resistance of each core conductor of the cable at 20 ° C shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3956.

The insulation resistance of finished cable shall not be less than 1500M Ω. km at 20 ° C. The insulation resistance constant at operating temperature shall not be less than 0.15M Ω. km.

Voltage withstand test of finished cable:

The finished cable with rated voltage of 450/750V shall withstand power frequency AC 2500V voltage test for 5min without breakdown;

The finished cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV shall withstand power frequency AC 3500V voltage test for 5min without breakdown.

Immersion voltage test:
The finished cable insulation core with rated voltage of 450/750V shall withstand the power frequency voltage test with the test voltage of 2000V for 5min at least 1h in water under ambient temperature, and there shall be no breakdown during the test. The sample length is (10~15) m.

The finished cable insulation core with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV shall withstand the power frequency voltage test with water immersion for at least 1h and test voltage of 2400V under ambient temperature. The voltage shall gradually rise and last for 4h. No breakdown shall occur during the test. The sample length is (10~15) m.
